    In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, yogurt, cornstarch, and turmeric. Add vinegar and water, and mix in a circular motion for 4 minutes.

    Add baking soda to this mixture and mix gently. Pour this mixture into a plastic squeeze bottle.
