Heat oil in a pan. Lightly press the squeeze bottle to fry the jalebi until light brown. Meanwhile, make a sugar syrup by adding saffron or cardamom powder. Make a one-string consistency syrup. Dip the jalebi in the warm syrup for 30 seconds and remove. Serve the jalebi hot.
