Mình làm theo công thức của b, nhưng nhiẹt hơi cao bánh hơi xém, vẫn ngon ạ. Thanks b

Bánh mì theo công thức ủ bột này thì đặc ruột nhưng vẫn mềm ạ. Bánh mình nướng 20' nên vỏ hơi dày nhưng vẫn giòn nên cỡ 15' thôi thì vỏ bánh sẽ xốp hơn. Công thức này ra đc đúng 4 cái to nhưng mà mình xẻ đôi nên thành 8 cái nhỏ, chấm sữa đặc là tuyệt hảo nha
