  1. Chicken breast
  2. Sliced onion
  3. Spices
  4. Ginger
  5. Black pepper
  6. Turmeric
  7. Salt
  8. Cilantro
  9. Parsley
  10. 1little preserved lemon
  11. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  12. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  13. 1small cucumber
  14. 1carrot
  15. Juice of 2 oranges

    Place the chicken breast in a pressure cooker. Add sliced onion, spices, salt, vegetable oil, olive oil, and preserved lemon. Sauté, then add a little water. Cook over medium heat.

    In a saucepan, add water and beans. Cook, then drain and place in a skillet with 1 tablespoon butter, salt, and black pepper. Stir.

    Remove the beans and place the chicken breast in the remaining butter in the skillet.

    Place the chicken breast on a plate and pour the sauce over the beans.

    Prepare a cold salad. Grate the cucumber and carrot, and add orange juice.
