My method of making the Butter Chicken is not exactly the same as in the Recipe book on Curry. For the Cookery Book on Curry says that I should add freshly cooked chicken breast pieces too the cooked Curry Sauce and then serve and eat immediately, can fry or bake the chicken breast pieces, bake at 400 for about 10 minutes .Or shallow fry for 5 minutes,do know that Chicken Breast pieces can take 7,or 8 minutes too shallow fry according to Packaging instructions on how too shallow fry chicken breast pieces. Can cook the chicken through more with the hob heat of the curry sauce.

Can use Coconut Oil instead of Olive Oil too shallow fry the onions and then the other ingredients before eventually blitzing. Have never used Coconut Oil before, I think it contains more calories and fat than Olive Oil.The cayenne pepper I used was extra hot in Chilli heat, so I didn't add heaped measuring teaspoons - One for the marinade and One for the fried onion stage. Most of the Yoghurt for marinating got thrown away, only some Yoghurt Spice attached to the chicken breast pieces got too go into the curry sauce.

The more ingredients you cook at the same time - the longer the cooking process, hence I mentioned that the cooking of the Recipe, may take as long as an hour. The absorption method of cooking raw rice works best with just a small amount of rice, such as 250g or less - for the cooking of 1KG of raw rice you will need a large cauldron saucepan and boil the rice in a large amount of water, will have too drain away the excess water and you will need a cauldron saucepan for the partially cooked 2KG of chicken breasts in your homemade curry sauce and don't forget to add the 200g of butter all at once and add generous amounts of fresh Coriander, don't have too,but fresh Coriander does have a nice taste within the curry.

Thank you for the likes,is a big dinner depicted in the Photo, served in a very large Fruit Bowl. Did not chop the fresh Coriander, hence you can see long strands of fresh Coriander with it's stems in the curry sauce with chicken breast chunks.
