I did not add salt, because I cheated at seasoning by using 6 Chicken Stock Cube's in with my homemade chicken stock - 1KG of Chicken Wings and 1KG of Chicken Thighs boiled in 3000ml of cold tap water with 6 Bay leaves in and about 6 sprigs of Rosemary - did boil on the lowest hob simmer - for 4 hours. Only used the Chicken Stock for my Coriander Soup
