I make stuffed chicken the same way but with different stuffings. But I poach my chicken by rolling it into foil and putting it into near bowling water. When it is ready I bake it in a non stickpan. So no airfryer or fancy pan needed. Always nice any way you cook it. Thank you for reminding me .
