Have never used Gelatin leave's before, might use them in 2022. I know through watching TV Cookery Shows that you need too very briefly plunge the Gelatin leaves into boiling hot water and then use in the Recipe of your choice.

Still have not used Gelatin leave's for this Recipe , but have made the Recipe for the first time on the 6/6/26 did use Gelatin Powder 2 ×12g Sachets for the smooth Raspberry puree from 600g Raspberries
