Ingredients

1 hour
5-8 people
  • 2 kgcooked rice(add a pinch of turmeric when boiling for colour)
  • 50 mloil
  • 150 gonions
  • 50 gkashmiri masala
  • 50 ggaram masala
  • 40 ggeera powder
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 2 kgmince
  • About 1 or 2 bay leaves
  • 5boiled eggs
  • 10 gegg yellow powder
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • 50 ggarlic
  • 30 gginger
  • Salt to taste

Steps

    In a pot add the oil,onions and bay leaves and fry for a few minutes

  2. 2

    Next add the ginger and garlic and all the dry spices and fry for about 2 minutes, next add the tomato and cook for a further 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the mince to your curry looking paste

  4. 4

    Add salt to taste, after 15 minutes check if cooked, then drop the rice and mix well

  5. 5

    Garnish with the boiled eggs cut into halves and fresh coriander and enjoy
