Steps

Add Egg, Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard, Salt and Pepper into a food processor and blend for 5 seconds until combined.

With the food processor on high speed, slowly add the Plant Butter to the mixture until it's well combined.

Pour the hollandaise sauce into a small bowl or over your Eggs Benedict and serve.
