I know I made mistakes as shown by my Photo of the Dish - was the very first time I made it - was not meant to turn out like a Rissoto and the boiled potatoes evaporated out of existence

Crispy Roast Potatoes on the side , would have compensated for the disintergrated boiled potatoes . Could have used already cooked boiled potatoes contained in tin's. Their just is no cooked potatoes showing in my Photo of the Recipe I made up
