Easy goulash recipe I make with ground turkey. You can easily make this with ground beef also for a bit more traditional flare. I serve with cheese on top, but is also good with sour cream or other toppings of your choice.

Easy goulash recipe I make with ground turkey. You can easily make this with ground beef also for a bit more traditional flare. I serve with cheese on top, but is also good with sour cream or other toppings of your choice.
Cooking Instructions

In large stock pot or dutch oven over medium heat, cook meat, onions, carrot, and celery until meat is cooked through and onions are translucent.

Stir in garlic and cook another 5 minutes.

Add all remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese. Bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer about 20 min.

Stir in macaroni and simmer, covered, about 25 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir occasionally.

Serve garnished with cheese or other condiments as desired.
