First, add 1 teaspoon ghee to a pan. Roast the cashews, almonds, and raisins for 1 minute, then remove them to a plate. In the same pan, add the vermicelli and roast until it turns light brown. Bring the milk to a boil in a separate pot. Once the milk is boiling, add the roasted vermicelli and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

After 7 minutes, add the sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook the vermicelli for another 5 minutes. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. Finally, add fresh cream and the roasted nuts and raisins, mix well, and turn off the heat.

Sweet vermicelli is ready to serve.
