@lindzi I did chickpeas a couple of weeks back. Did them at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Lightly oiled and well seasoned. Something like that would work for the Fava beans. Might would raise the temperature a little if you are wanting a char on them. 400 degrees would do it.

I really wasn't a fan of the chickpeas, so I didn't post it. Would just as well make hummus!
