  1. 4hard-boiled eggs, these are from my hens
  2. 1 cantuna, drained
  3. 4imitation crab sticks or crab meat
  4. 4 tablespoonstomato sauce
  5. 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  6. 8seasoned olives, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the eggs in plenty of water with a splash of vinegar and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes. Transfer them to cold water.

    In a bowl, separate the yolks and reserve half for decoration. Mash the yolks and add the tuna, crab sticks, chopped olives, and tomato sauce.
