Sorry, but I am not sure. It goes quickly when I make it. Plus I make only a few prawns at a time.

Thank you for your fantastic tip. A few years ago my endocrinologist prescribed me some sort of tablets that were just prawn shells. Good for the iodine levels and helped me going through my under active thyroid recovery.
