Hello Miles. I am making these Brioche Buns now. I followed the recipe and the dough ended up extremely soft, almost thick pancake batter. I am afraid the amount of water is too much. Is your 1 cup 250ml? I added a lot of extra flour and it is now improving well.

Hi Hiroko! Sorry for confusion. I made this while in Japan where the cups are 200ml. I updated the recipe to reflect that. Thanks for pointing it out and for cooking my recipe.
