In a mixing bowl add whole wheat flour and gramflour add little salt and 1/2 tspoon oil with water knead a smooth pliable dough cover keep aside. Wash drain water pet dry fenugreek leaves. Clean chhoped green garlic green shoots. Keep ready all ingredients.

Make equal size balls from dough. Take a dough spread some dry flour make little thick paratha spread red chilli powder salt add some oil spread all over paratha spread green garlic chhoped then fenugreek leaves chopped spread evenly sprinkle some dry flour cover all edges roll out thick paratha carefully

Heat up tawa spread little oil / ghee once heated transfer paratha on hot tawa drizzled some oil flip roast both sides till cooked completely.

Your healthy quick paratha ready to serve.
Serve hot with pickle curd papad raita. tea Coffee
