So I just made this recipe and my rice came out mushy. What am I doing wrong?

Not really sure! Mine comes out perfect every time and I follow recipe exactly each time. Maybe less liquid? Also cooking sometimes depends on elevation where you live so could be different than where I am 🤷🏽♀️
