Welcome to Cookpad, Kevin. Your dad’s tuition must have been most helpful. I taught myself when my mum had to go into hospital and my dad was by then already elderly. That was in 1962 so I’m pretty ancient myself now. Cooking gave me something to do whilst shielded during the pandemic. John
