เปลี่ยนจากสันคอเป็นสะโพกเพราะรู้สึกว่าเนื้อติดมันน้อยกว่าหน่อย ใช้น้ำตาลโตนดแทนน้ำตาลปี๊บด้วยความชอบส่วนตัว เคยทำพะแนงหมูมาก่อนแต่มักจะติดรสปร่า พอใช้ปริมาณตามสูตรนี้ก็รู้สึกว่าดีขึ้น
