Does the cardamom powder make it look dark or what kind of bread did you use?

@Welderwoman No, the cardamom doesn't make the halwa look dark. I have used normal white bread, which contains ingredients like water,oil,bread flour, salt, and sugar. First, I roasted the bread on a pan in low flame and then blended them into a powder and again roasted the powder on a pan on a low flame to attain this color 😊.
