I'd never heard of Posole before and have just looked up its origins. It looks lush - I think that I'll begin with your recipe and then perhaps experiment a little. I'll let you know how I get on!

Please do. This was my first attempt. My aunt used to make it regularly when I was a kid, but never tried making it myself. Turned out really great, and only got better over time. Next time though, I wanna add some type of spice, add some complexity to the broth.
