@@Nawtic5 If I remember correctly, someone brought over a huge amounts of bananas. When I grilled some in the skin the flavour was so intense. Then I had made some banana ketchup and remembered how good that was. A friend of mine from Hawaii said they had put bananas in a chicken. So I wasn't sure, so I used just one instead of 4. It turned out well, so I shared it with the whole world.
