Steps

In a pot, add beef mince, red chilli flakes, roasted and crushed cumin and coriander seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste. Mix well. Let it cook on slow flame for 15 to 20 minutes.

Let it cool, add onion, fresh Coriander and green chilli. Mix well. Set it aside.

In a bowl, add all-purpose flour and water mix well water slurry is ready.

Take samosa patti, make a pocket fill the beef mince in the center and roll into the shape of samosa, seal corners with all-purpose flour slurry.

Similarly make another samosas
It makes 50 to 60 samosas - 6
In a wok, heat oil, deep fry samosas until golden brown.

Serve it with green chutney

Note: it can be freeze and stored for Upto 1 month
