Bake at Gas Mark 8 for 30 minutes - nice - but if you allow it too cool down for at least 4 hours and then bake it for a Second time the Gravy will be thicker and the mashed potatoes will be even crispier

Does not have to be from leftovers . Hot - freshly roasted Vegetables can be placed in Skillet , add Gravy and then place hot cooked Mashed Potatoes over the top and then crisp up the top of the Mashed Potatoes in the oven
