Found this recipe because I wanted timings for my air fryer. They look yummy and I will make them. BUT they are NOT even close to a Cornish Pasty. Cornish pasty's contain Beef Skirt (sliced or diced) potato diced),swede (diced), onion sliced, salt and pepper. Crimping should be on the side not at the top. Your pasty's look and sound great, just not Cornish. Legally in the UK you can't call them Cornish unless they are made in Cornwall although people do. They look and sound tasty, just not Cornish.
