I, too, bought 3 bunches of mitsuba in the leftovers bin for only ¥50, then wondered how I could use them. This recipe is very easy and makes a nice appetizer. My mentsuyu is 3X, and even though I diluted 1-1/3 tbsp, it was a bit salty; will use 1 tbsp next time. Thank you for the recipe. I see that it has been repeated on other websites without crediting the original poster.
