Gnocchi this time from cold cooked Jacket Potatoes , used a tin of Plum Tomatoes , a tin of Mackerel fillets in Olive Oil , little bit of cold tap water too rinse the empty tin of tomatoes and add it too the easy sauce and I added 60 turns - grinds of Black Peppercorns and 8 pinches of Table Salt . Did add Baking Parchment Paper into the very hot boiling water again with the Gnocchi stuck too it
