I thought this up one day when I wanted to eat something at home for lunch by myself.

If you don't have any garlic soy sauce, add some thinly sliced garlic to the frying pan and stir fry lightly just before adding the pork, then season later with regular soy sauce. For 1 serving. Recipe by Minaichigo

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 100 gramsPasta
  2. 100 gramsThinly sliced pork
  3. 1/2The white part of a Japanese leek
  4. 1 tbspGarlic soy sauce -
  5. 1/2 tspYuzu pepper paste

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the white part of the leek on the diagonal.

    Cut up the park into easy to eat pieces, and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

    When the meat turns white add the leek and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked.

  4. 4

    Boil the pasta 1 minute less than indicated on the package. Drain and add to the frying pan.

    Add the garlic soy saue and mix with the pasta. (Taste, and add a little bit of the pasta cooking water.)

    Add the yuzu pepper paste at the end, mix well and it's done.
