I used homemade chicken stock , but you don't have too use homemade chicken stock - can use a homemade Vegetable Stock instead . Vegetarians might not like that Chicken Stock was used instead of Vegetable Stock . A good homemade Vegetable Stock can be good as a homemade Chicken Stock
