For my First ever attempts at making the sticky Chocolate Cake I used double the ingredients too fill a deep baking tin - 25cm/ 10in - did bake with Kitchen Foil over the top and baked the cake at Gas Mark 4 for 2 hours and 30 minutes . Did have a First attempt for which I baked for 3 hours at Gas Mark 4 without the Kitchen Foil over the top - was a failure the first attempt
