#madethis I knew it wasn't just about boiling chicken, haha. Thanks for sharing the technique! Easiest recipe I found and still captures the taste of Hainanese Chicken. I've omitted the soy and fish sauce, used salt with a bit of broth cube instead. Darn, I didn't have cucumbers to complete the look. Loved the Hainanese rice I made with this, tasty!
