Was bought from frozen from Farmfoods
was instructions on the Package too roast from defrosted at 180 / Gas Mark 4 and roast in the oven for 2 hours and so yeah ! Maybe 15 minutes at Gas Mark 9 at the start and then 1 hour and 30 minutes at Gas Mark 4 and then for the last 15 minutes at Gas Mark 7
