I made this- it was a basic and very good recipe. It calls for things that most kitchens will have on hand. The market did not have lemons on the two occasions I went, so I substituted with a TBS of neutral vinegar/rice wine(mirin). The vinegar was not very apparent in the flavor of the soup, which is what I had hoped for with the neutral flavor. I would have shared an image, but it was eaten before I had a chance to take a picture. I will make this again- and hopefully with lemons next time! Thank you for sharing this recipe!
