Hi Ricardo!!! Yesterday I found some small and fresh courgettes so I prepared your delicious salad! I didn't put the shallot because I didn't have it and I used a green lemon which gave a slightly thai touch. Very fresh and cruchy 😋😋😋 Thank you! 11/6/25
