Thanks for the recipe, it turned out great. I did change it up a bit, added chopped apple to the stuffing mix and used 14.5 oz can of chicken broth in place of water. Split breasts and used salt, pepper and onion salt, (I omitted garlic and cheese as we are not fans of either on chicken). Sprayed baking dish with Pam covered the split breasts with stuffing mix, sealed dish with foil and baked at 375 (my oven runs hot) for 30 min, then at 400 for 15 min, removed foil to let stuffing brown..chicken and stuffing turned out perfect, chicken was moist, and tender, husband and I loved it! Thanks again!
