Thank you for asking this question. I had forgotten to write about the tin size. The volume of the cake is about same with the volume to be cooked in 18cm round tin. I used my loaf tin but 16cm square tin would be ideal. If you use a large tin, it doesn't matter. The cake would be slightly thinner.
