  7. Pastry Cream Ingredients

  9. 3 tablespoonsflour
  10. Lemon zest
  11. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  12. 3 cupsmilk
  13. 1 teaspoonorange blossom water
  14. For Decoration
  15. Pineapple juice
  16. Sliced strawberries to taste
  17. Fruit salad

    In a bowl, beat the egg with vanilla, then add the sugar, butter, and flour. Mix well until you have a tart dough.
