It was the size of a full sized cookie sheet, and it rose I think about an inch (I think that was about the thickness).

So if you stack it in quarters... you can get a decently thick layer cake out of it.

2 cups of splenda?? lol thats a ton of sweetener how sweet was it? hahaha im still gonna eat it
Food Hacker @food_hacker
Yeah, well.. It's the baking Splenda.. Not the packets. I'm not sure on the conversion.
Food Hacker @food_hacker
This was an actual converted chocolate cake recipe, the ratios were based off the original one. I seem to remember it being sweet as any cake. You can always reduce the Splenda a bit and dust it with more later if need be
Food Hacker @food_hacker
I looked it up, looks like 48 packets is the equivalent, but like i said above. Could always sprinkle with more later

Hope it goes well. Give me a report how it goes.. I always have issues with how much rise you get out of these recipes, varies like the weather.

@cook_111932396 I'll work on it. it was in grams originally.. this was one of my earlier recipes before I started weighting things out
