Tried this one with rice and very little seaweed couldn’t find hijki so I used another kind and I wasn’t sure of the result We loved it and will definitely try again

Try an Asian grocer to find dry soy beans. Hijiki can be hard to find, but thinly sliced Kombu can be OK to replace. Other soft type seaweed is not good.

I found the dry soy beans but no hijki, will look for kombu 🍀😊
