Post-sport replenishing drink! I never would have thought to add nut butter to a milkshake blend! The idea is opening all sorts of doors: nut butter breakfast banana smoothie?!

yes I have been there too ... chopped up frozen banana, cinnamon, nut butter, milk.. easy :)

GREAT! I needed weening off my daily morning cereal (I'm so habitual!) and this has done it! I'm getting nut butter on the way home! I'll let you know how it goes :)
