For the overnight dough, the total amount of flour and water is 5 Tbspoons each?

Tizz @tizz85
Do you want to make the starter first? if starter, you can makd 50 gr flour nd 50 ml water. You may refer to my recipe on how to make sourdough starter.

Tizz @tizz85
in this recipe, if your starter is strong enough, you may use 5 tbsp starter and 3 tbsp flour and 3-5 tbsp water. if it is too dry, you may adjust with some water.

Thanks for your quick reply. I refer "overnight feed" and method 1 and 2. The amount of flour doesn't match. I will try this recipe anyway and put a photo.

Tizz @tizz85
i am sorry, aunt. I have revised the ingredients.Yes, you may proceed with the ingredients in the method.

What do you think if I use atta flour only? I've got atta flour which I want to use up.

Tizz @tizz85
yes, you may just use a
whole wheat flour. you just need to adjust the water accordingly, if it is too wet or too dry.

Sorry to bother you again. Now about salt, is it really 1/2 tablespoon ? Not teaspoon? I'm going to make it on this Friday.

Tizz @tizz85
No worries, sister. It is around 1 tsp to 1/2 tbsp. normally I use my hand only. but you can just use 1 tsp first.
