Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 250 gcanned crab
  2. 1/2 cuponion (finely chopped)
  3. 2bell peppers (red and yellow)
  4. 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 tspmayonnaise
  7. Parsley or dill, to taste
  8. Salt and pepper, to taste
  9. as neededAll-purpose flour,

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop all the vegetables and mix with the drained crab meat.

    Add the other ingredients and mix well, then shape into your preferred form.

    Lightly coat with all-purpose flour and cook in a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat, covering with a lid until the outside is golden brown.
