Cooking Instructions

For idli:-
In a grinder, add rice and water. Grind it till smooth paste. Keep the paste aside. - 2
Grind urad dal paste seperately. Add both paste in a bowl. Add fenugreek seeds. Mix well. Keep it aside for fermentation for 10 hours.

After fermentation, add salt. Mix well. Take steam tray and grease it with sesame oil. Pour mixture. Steam for 10 minutes.

Idlis are ready to serve.

For sambhar:-
Take oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, add curry leaves, add dried red chillies, as this all crackles, add some water. - 6
Add salt, turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds, sambhar masala, boiled tuvar dal along with tomato pieces and drumstick. Boil well.

Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
