Hi Cecilia, I am Owen from Cookpad Africa team. Thanks so much for posting a recipe again while you are busy with university. As you know, I stayed in Tanzania for long and visited Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia often times and I loved Chapati the most from Kenya. While Kenyan economy is growing rapidly, I feel that Kenyan food culture is still not getting as richer as economy. We would like local home cooks to share the variety of recipe ideas to enhance local food culture by themselves.
