@eatswithmish haiii, actually in my country there's an instant roasted sesame dressings. i think the brand quite famous all over country. you may check it online.i experiment with egg and the taste good too.

I’m in Nigeria so it’s easy for me to get papaya and I save the seeds dry them and then grind them and put in our food and the flavors are just as amazing as the health benefits. I will be getting a papaya and making your sandwich 🥪
