(Suggestion- break this into multiple steps.)For a moment, I wondered if you were suggesting to put a large bowl in the oven. Then I thought that you meant to beat the egg and butter until soft and creamy, but then the egg is added in a later step. I couldn't find when to add the milk.My questions are: When do I add the milk? What am I beating "until creamy, soft, and a little fluffy"?

Yikes, that was pretty hard to understand. I fixed the steps (you're beating/creaming the butter in the beginning). The milk is added in step five.
