Once you take them out, the cookies continue to bake from the heat they have trapped from inside the oven for about 2-4 mins. You can over bake them but once they cool up they can turn to brown and will be harder rather than chewy.

I accidentally added a tablespoon of baking powder.. but it’s ok. They’re like cookie cakes :) lovely recipe!
