Didn’t have the broccoli or potatoes on hand so I used your seasonings plus some shallots and green onions and roasted the chicken for 45 minutes at 425F. Finger licking delicious! Our family loved it and so did our little one’s friends who were over for a play date. Thanks, Lance!

It just came out of the oven! It was super easy to do. I was out of potatoes so I used hashbrown bits instead,and added onion and homemade queso that me and the hubby made!!
