This sounds delicious! Is there a trick, if we don't have a thermometer to know when our chicken could be ready? Approximately how long does it take to fully cook?

I use a toothpick. Poke the thickest part of the breast or thigh with it till liquid runs out.If the liquid is clear, the chicken is done.
